Robert Half is hiring for a Customer Experience Specialist in San Francisco.
Job Description:
Tracking Customer Experiences
Monitor customer interactions across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.
Keep a record of customer journeys to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Collaborating with Internal Teams
Work closely with IT developers, production, marketing, and sales teams.
Enhance customer services and brand awareness by aligning strategies with marketing initiatives.
Keep customers informed about new product features, functionalities, and updates.
Proactive Customer Support
Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.
Feedback Analysis and Reporting
Analyze customer feedback related to product ranges and new releases.
Prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.
Product Testing and Evaluation
Evaluate after-sales and support services.
Facilitate improvements based on customer insights.
Document processes, technical issues, customer compliments, and complaints.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new CRM technologies.

Requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with CX and CRM software.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach.
Strong organizational, time management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
