Description

Robert Half is hiring for a Customer Experience Specialist in San Francisco.

Job Description:

  • Tracking Customer Experiences

  • Monitor customer interactions across online and offline channels, devices, and touchpoints.

  • Keep a record of customer journeys to identify pain points and areas for improvement.

  • Collaborating with Internal Teams

  • Work closely with IT developers, production, marketing, and sales teams.

  • Enhance customer services and brand awareness by aligning strategies with marketing initiatives.

  • Keep customers informed about new product features, functionalities, and updates.

  • Proactive Customer Support

  • Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.

  • Respond to customer queries promptly via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.

  • Feedback Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze customer feedback related to product ranges and new releases.

  • Prepare reports to inform decision-making processes.

  • Product Testing and Evaluation

  • Evaluate after-sales and support services.

  • Facilitate improvements based on customer insights.

  • Document processes, technical issues, customer compliments, and complaints.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new CRM technologies.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solid knowledge of online customer engagement platforms and channels.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Familiarity with CX and CRM software.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-centered approach.

  • Strong organizational, time management, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
