Job Description:
Guiding Customers
Act as the primary contact for new customers, providing guidance and support.
Manage successful product implementation and onboarding.
Advocating for Customer Needs
Capture and share customer feedback to improve the product.
Proactively contact customers based on account health.
Liaison Between Customer and Company
Ensure the product meets customer needs.
Address any issues promptly and provide timely solutions.
Long-Term Relationship Building
Foster strong relationships with customers.
Encourage continued use of the product.
