Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a dedicated SWING SHIFT Data Collector in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team, primarily tasked with testing a mechanical gripping device and providing valuable feedback to our engineering team. You will be engaging in a lot of physical activity, and there will be periods of downtime while adjustments are made to the device.

Hours are Monday-Friday 4PM-10PM for 3-6 months

Responsibilities:

• Testing a mechanical gripping device by lifting various household items.

• Providing detailed feedback to the engineering team regarding the device's performance.

• Standing for extended periods while conducting tests.

• Utilizing downtime effectively while engineers modify the device.

• Administering assistance to the engineering team as needed.

• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries.

• Accurately entering data related to the device's performance and customer feedback.

• Managing customer account information and conducting appropriate actions.

• Processing customer applications in an accurate and timely manner.

• Maintaining precise records of customer credit information.

Requirements • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.

• Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and detail oriented manner.

• Proven experience in Data Entry, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Experience in Order Entry, with the ability to process orders quickly and accurately.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other related software.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
