Robert Half Data Entry Clerk in San Francisco, California
Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be primarily involved in the processing and recording of donations and gifts, as well as managing customer inquiries. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity, where you will be working in a hybrid setup, with three days offsite and two days onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately enter and process donations and gifts into the system
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all transactions
• Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when needed
• Assist with in-person tasks such as filing and preparing acknowledgment letters
• Utilize the Salesforce platform for data entry and customer management
• Collaborate with the fund development team to support fundraising efforts
• Adhere to data entry procedures and protocols to ensure data integrity
• Utilize 10 Key Skills to efficiently process data
• Learn and adapt quickly to new processes and methods Requirements • Position requires a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in data entry tasks and familiar with 10 key typing.
• Must have strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as photocopiers, scanners, and fax machines is a plus.
