Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire tax compliance lifecycle for funds, general partners, and the management company.
Review and ensure accuracy of tax documents, including returns, K-1s, and foreign filings.
Conduct in-depth tax research and collaborate on strategic tax planning initiatives.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tax advisors and validate tax positions independently.
Address tax-related inquiries from investors and lead ad-hoc research projects.
Review financial reports in detail and produce quarterly NAV reports.
Support the preparation and review of annual financial statements.
Monitor fund performance and manage investment tracking.
Engage in fund and firm operations, including accounts payable, capital calls, and distributions.

Requirements
5+ years of tax experience in asset management.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., vlookup, pivot tables).
Familiarity with R& D tax credits, international tax regulations, and corporate tax.
Strong understanding of venture capital and hedge fund tax considerations.
Excellent judgment, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively with external tax vendors.
Exceptional communication and investor relations skills.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required
CPA or equivalent strongly preferred.
