Key Responsibilities:
Analyze cash flows for investment vehicles and oversee approval of payables and expenditure workflows.
Consolidate and reconcile investment accounts monthly, including balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
Manage draw and paydown requests and oversee third-party accounting tasks.
Lead quarterly closing processes and prepare financial statements with accompanying footnotes.
Prepare quarterly investor reports and maintain REITs, including distributions.
Manage partner capital accounts annually using Juniper Square.
Prepare financial packages for auditors and tax accountants, and address inquiries.
Engage in investor relations and interpret legal agreements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
2-4 years of experience, preferably in real estate, private equity, or financial services.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, with preferred experience in MRI and Juniper Square.
Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and proactive with excellent decision-making abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster a positive team environment.
