Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide Investor Reporting team members, ensuring accuracy and insight.

  • Manage liquidity for investment vehicles and oversee payable workflows.

  • Identify and resolve complex accounting and tax matters.

  • Supervise and collaborate with external consultants, service providers, and joint venture partners.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and quarterly investor reports.

  • Ensure compliance with REIT regulations.

  • Work across departments to support diverse company projects.

  • Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.

  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude and regular presence.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related

  • 5+ years in accounting, ideally within real estate, private equity, or financial services.

  • Experience in development, multi-family, or debt fund spaces is a plus.

  • Public accounting experience, with CPA preferred.

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook; MRI and Juniper Square experience highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with partnership and fund accounting concepts, along with applicable technical standards.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with a drive to foster a positive work culture.

  • Motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven professional with a proactive approach.
