Robert Half International Global Controller - Team Scaling and Advisory in San Francisco, California

Description

Our client is a pre-ipo fintech lending platform. They have doubled in valuation last year and expect to double again in the next 12 months.

They are looking for a global controller to help them move into the next stage of growth. In this position, you’ll establish financial policies, procedures, internal controls, and reporting systems for the public market preparation of an international and growing company. You will manage a strong team and quickly build the team for further scale. You'll also advise and be a key contributor on strategy.

Requirements

Key Requirements include:

  • 15+ years’ experience with technical knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, technical accounting, PCAOB Audit standards/requirements, COSO internal control framework, and other regulatory requirements. A CPA or inactive CPA is a preferred.

  • Extensive experience with purchase accounting and acquisition integration, robust consolidation, international entity, and month end close experience

  • Preferred to have prior experience as a Controller, ideally with FinTech companies through an IPO or at a public company

  • Digital banking business or similar industry is highly desirable.

  • NetSuite preferred.
