Description
Robert Half has a great opportunity for a talented Sr. Help Desk Analyst! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment this may be the ideal Sr. Help Desk Analyst role for you. You will need to support local and field users, in a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. This Sr. Help Desk Analyst role is based in the San Francisco, California area and is a 3-6 month temporary contract.
Resolve IT Support incidents and service requests from end-users, Including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Primarily support the Mac OX desktop (also support a few Windows, and ChromeOS desktops)
Be a documentation champion, crafting and refining processes as the company scales.
Support AV systems and help host complex meetings and events.
Asset Management: maintain inventory systems, order and provision hardware and software to new joiners and perform regular audits.
Requirements
Heavy Mac OSX experience, as well as solid Windows 10 desired
Additional biz app tools include G-Suite, Okta SSO, Zoom, JIRA, Jamf
Exceptional customer service required (especially to VIP end-users), strong documentation & communication skills.
5-7+ years’ experience is a MUST
