Job Description

  • Handle Confidential Information

  • Maintain employee database records

  • Explore the internet to uncover potential customers

  • Develop new employee on-boarding orientation materials

  • Perform various administrative duties

Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Eagerness to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Solid understanding of benefits coordination

  • General familiarity with interviewing

  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits

  • Adeptness in HR compliance

  • Demonstrated knowledge of internal communications

  • Sourcing recruitment experience highly preferred

  • Practical knowledge of personnel file maintenance

  • Foundational knowledge in employee relations

  • Deep understanding of customer service

  • HR (Human Resources) experience

  • Background working with workers compensation

  • Prior experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  • Knowledge in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment
