*Policies-reviewing, not developing; 1-2 policies
*Google suite experience-developing slides and doing presentations
*Managers issue writeups so this person will review
*Maintaining from tactical standpoint
*Employee relations to make sure progressive discipline is followed through
*Revamp attendance policy
*JD’s with HM’s
