Position: Interim HR Director

Duration: 3-6 months

Location: Remote (PT or CT) only

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Director to join our team. In this role, you will lead and manage HR operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all processes. You will be supporting a core team in HR and will be utilizing Oracle HR systems to manage and analyze compensation data. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all HR processes.

• Utilize Oracle HR systems to pull reports, manage, and analyze compensation data, generating insights to inform strategic decision-making.

• Oversee complex compensation structure, benefits, incentives, merit bonuses, and recognition.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to align People Operations with company goals and objectives.

• Oversee employee relations, streamline processes, and improve the employee experience.

• Ensure accurate and timely HR reporting, analytics, and compliance documentation.

• Work with cross-functional teams across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in different countries.

• Experience with implementation, integrations, and the rollout of an HRIS system, preferably Oracle to support a current transition to Oracle Fusion.

Requirements • Possess 10+ years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role

• Proven track record in Benefit Functions, Compensation Administration, and Compliance

• Proficiency in handling Employee Relations and Total Rewards

• Experience in Global HR and HR Compliance

• Expertise in using Oracle HCM

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases

• Ability to nurture a positive working environment

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
