Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in San Francisco, California. This role primarily revolves around the recruitment industry, and the candidate will be expected to facilitate various aspects of the recruitment process, act as a key point of contact, and ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule various types of interviews, including phone interviews, on-site meetings, and events.
• Communicate all relevant interview details to candidates in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle unexpected scheduling changes and provide immediate solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact during on-site interviews for both candidates and interviewers.
• Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates by being the champion of candidate experience.
• Monitor and manage tracking of candidates in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Handle travel arrangements and accommodations for candidates when needed, and process any candidate reimbursements.
• Undertake project work on an ad-hoc basis.
• Utilize various skills such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, About Time, Applicant Track System, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, and Communication, to carry out duties effectively.
• Provide 360 Feedback to enhance the recruitment process.

Requirements
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Proven experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Careerbuilder and CRM software
• Knowledge of About Time and Applicant Track System
• Experience conducting Background Checks
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience with 360 Feedback process
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions quickly
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
