Description
We are seeking an HR Recruiter in San Francisco, California. This role involves coordinating interview schedules, maintaining job postings across various platforms, and assisting in candidate screening. It also involves maintaining candidate databases, participating in job fairs, coordinating onboarding activities for new hires, and collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to improve existing recruiting procedures. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating interview schedules with both hiring managers and candidates
• Maintaining and managing all job postings across various job boards and social media platforms
• Assisting in the candidate screening and selection process
• Maintaining candidate databases and tracking hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire
• Creating and distributing hiring reports and analytics as required
• Participating in job fairs and hosting in-house recruitment events
• Coordinating onboarding activities for new hires
• Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers on a regular basis to improve existing recruiting procedures
• Utilizing various skills including ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Documentation, Hiring Processes, Greenhouse, Slack, and Google Suite.

Requirements
• Proven experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Careerbuilder
• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with About Time software
• Ability to conduct thorough Background Checks
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Strong Documentation skills
• Familiarity with Hiring Processes
• Experience with Greenhouse software
• Proficient in using Slack for communication
• Experience with Google Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
