Description We are in search of an HR Sourcer to be part of our team. The selected individual will be based in San Francisco, California. The HR Sourcer will take on the crucial role of identifying and engaging potential candidates, managing employer interactions, and ensuring accurate employer information. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
• Identify potential candidates through strategic campaigns, promoting our brand, events, and job opportunities.
• Manage employer inquiries and serve as the main contact for job postings.
• Maintain an up-to-date database, ensuring employer contact information, profiles, job postings, interviews, and events are current.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and devise effective sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate with employers in terms of posting jobs and conducting interviews.
• Utilize various tools and platforms for high-volume outreach and talent sourcing.
• Oversee the processing of customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate customer credit records.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and provide them with a seamless experience.
• Manage interactions with employers, ensuring an efficient recruitment process. Requirements • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Sourcer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Proficient in using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian software
• Knowledge of Core HR practices
• Familiarity with About Time software
• Solid understanding of auditing processes
• Experience with benefit functions within HR
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven experience in compliance within HR
• Strong skills in recruiting and talent acquisition
• Experience in recruitment - sourcing, specifically. TalentMatch®
