Job Description:
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify employment needs.
Interview potential applicants, assess their skills, experience, and education.
Conduct reference checks and perform background screenings.
Inform applicants about position details, including benefits, working conditions, and duties.
Refer qualified candidates for hiring decisions.
Employee Support:Guide employees through various HR processes.
Answer employee questions related to policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist with new employee orientation.
Administrative Tasks:Maintain employment records and process paperwork.
Handle payroll-related functions.
Administer employee benefits.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
