Job Description:
Project Planning and Implementation
Plan and execute HR projects aligned with organizational goals.
Collaborate with HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to define project requirements.
Resource Management
Manage project resources effectively, including personnel, budgets, and timelines.
Ensure efficient allocation of resources to achieve project objectives.
Drive change initiatives related to new HR programs or processes.
Facilitate smooth transitions for employees during project implementation.
Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and address any issues promptly.
Provide regular updates to HR leadership and other stakeholders.

Requirements
