Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

· Supporting 3-5 lawyers in calendaring and document preparation

· Preparing, finalizing, and submitting documents to state, federal, and appellate courts

· Managing case deadlines, hearings, meetings, and other scheduled events

· Legal research on court procedure.

· Handling attorney mail intake

· Coding and transmitting documents to the file room

· Arranging travel plans and logistics

· Organizing files and documents

· Drafting letters, memos, and other correspondence

· Performing additional tasks as required
