As a Front Desk Coordinator, we are looking for a customer service driven, positive self-starter who is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment, deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support, enjoys helping others and is passionate about growing their career.
As the Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Checking patients in/out
Scheduling and confirming appointments
Rooming patients and coordinating patient care by preparing clinic charts
Explaining/collecting all appointment fees and discusses payment plans
Performs data entry and scanning to EMR; orders office supplies
Completes special office and administrative projects as needed
Prior experience and knowledge of EMR software
Medical and patient care experience
Customer service driven
