Greet incoming guests and cultivate a welcoming environment
Act as the point person for employee office related requests
Assist in the planning and execution of team building events
Organize and maintain shared spaces such as supply closets, lobby, & kitchen
Liaise with building facility management on any requests/needs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Previous experience with G-Suite and Slack preferred
