Receives and responds to subpoenas and Public Records Act requests on behalf of the campus
Tracks all records requests and provides timely response to ensure compliance with University legal obligations
Gathers responsive records by working collaboratively with departments across campus
Desired Qualifications: Paralegal who has experience with the Public Records Act requests and subpoenas along with university experience (familiarity with FERPA) and government experience (familiarity with open records laws)
