Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in San Francisco, California. This role will involve testing a mechanical gripping device used for handling household items and providing valuable feedback to the engineering team. The work will be physically demanding with extensive periods of standing and occasional downtime.

Responsibilities:

• Test the mechanical gripping device by lifting various household items.

• Provide constructive feedback on the performance of the device to the engineering team.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any issues with the device.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve the device's functionality and efficiency.

• Monitor the device's performance and report any irregularities.

• Maintain accurate records of tests conducted and their results.

• Assist with data entry and order entry tasks.

• Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.

• Utilize administrative assistance skills to support the team.

• Adhere to all safety protocols while operating the device.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Customer Service Representative role or similar

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks including scheduling and organization

• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally

• Data Entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience in Order Entry procedures, ensuring orders are processed correctly and efficiently

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software and phone systems

• Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently

• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
