Sales Enablement Lead
Responsibilities:
Analyze competitor offerings/industry trends to ensure our company delivers the most competitive options (annual deals, agency deals, media-based incentives, products, etc.) and the capability to transform knowledge into effective strategy, programs and/or training. Accountable for competitive/industry-centric collateral, regular updates to management, and wide-ranging sales team on program GTM and competitive strategy Intelligence monitoring: regular updates on industry and competitor activity associated with performance, incentives, product portfolio, partnerships, marketing, strategic direction, and consumer trends. Provide data-informed knowledge, intelligence, and overall expertise to the sales team upon request (including top industry and competitor news, trends and market activity)
Requirements
Skills:
-10-15 years of applicable work experience.
Capacity and enthusiasm to become proficient on our platform.
Solid organizational expertise, ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time,
Excellent people skills, diplomatic approach, and confidence among peers and management teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in establishing rapport, defining expectations, and gaining commitment to project goals and outcomes.
Ability to create strong connections with cross-functional teams.
Capability to administer multiple initiatives simultaneously and independently.
- Aptitude to interpret and streamline data and intricate information into engaging narratives.
Ability to make decisions and problem-solve collaboratively under high-pressure environments.
