Description

Our Tech client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team at 40hr/wk for 3 months with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of a robust operating process for our content marketing team

• Serve as the primary point of contact for project intake, ensuring efficient traffic management

• Utilize project management tools, including Monday.com, to oversee all projects and ensure timely completion

• Collaborate closely with the internal creative team to produce high-quality content

• Facilitate effective communication between the marketing and creative teams

• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion

• Coordinate with the brand team to align operating models and promote consistency across departments

• Implement effective strategies to prioritize content creation and growth

• Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of customer credit records

• Process customer credit applications promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a project management or traffic management working at a Tech company

• Experience using Monday.com

• Experience in managing project intake, content creation process, and working with creative team

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
