Job Title: Property Administrator

Location: San Francisco, CA (100% On-site)

Robert Half's OfficeTeam is seeking an experienced and professional Property Administrator for our esteemed San Francisco-based client. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented individual to help them coordinate and streamline their property management processes.

Job Description:

The Property Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the property's daily operations, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial activities.


  • Assist in the management of all aspects of property operation and maintenance.

  • Liaise with tenants to meet their service needs and address their concerns.

  • Ensuring rent collections are processed promptly.

  • Maintain property records, contracts, and leasing agreements.

  • Coordinate with contractors for property inspection, repairs, and maintenance.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to properly document expenses.

  • Assist in preparing annual budget, monthly reports, and other financial statements.

  • Ensure compliance with property management policies and procedures, lease agreements, and local regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a closely related field.

  • Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and multitasking abilities.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

  • Valid real estate agent/broker license would be advantageous.
