This Records Clerk role is a long term temporary opportunity, based in the San Francisco, California area. This may be the Records Clerk position for you. How you will make an impact: - Build and maintain case files - Accurately manage all court and discover documents, whether paper or electronically filed - Directly inform the Manager when issues arise - Retrieve information for attorneys and other legal staff when requested - Build, organize, and manage all loose documents and files with Document and Records Management programs - Daily pickup of documents from assigned locations - Distribute daily the mail to the appropriate secretaries - Put in requests for files to be retrieved from storage - Support Records team members who are in need of assistance - Transport files as per request - Perform rush filing jobs as requested - Prioritize filing tasks
