Job Description:
Job Posting and Sourcing
Use email and job posting strategies to find job seekers who are interested in open positions within the company.
Actively participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
Resume Review and Candidate Screening
Review resumes and job applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for specific roles.
Conduct initial phone screens with job applicants to assess their suitability.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth interview process for both candidates and interviewers.
Onboarding Support
Assist new hires through the company’s onboarding process after they’ve accepted job offers.
Help them get acclimated to the organization.
Monitoring and Improving Recruitment Efforts
Monitor the success rate of recruitment campaigns.
Offer suggestions for improving the recruitment process and implement necessary changes.
Cost Efficiency
By efficiently managing resources, Recruiting Coordinators can help reduce recruitment costs.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
