Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to a range of accounting and financial reporting activities.

  • Oversee fund administrators’ work and manage general ledgers with precision.

  • Handle capital calls, bill payments, and ensure smooth bank account balance monitoring.

  • Reconcile monthly bank and brokerage statements while preparing detailed financial reports.

  • Collaborate with the VP of Operations on client service initiatives, fostering strong client relationships.

  • Design personalized onboarding experiences for high-net-worth clients and manage client billing processes seamlessly.

  • Lead operational projects, enhance process efficiencies, and juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines.

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of accounting experience in financial services.

  • Strong expertise in fund accounting and operational management.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and custodial platforms like Addepar and Fidelity.

  • A passion for delivering top-tier service to high-net-worth clients.

  • Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, building strong client and team relationships.

  • High level of discretion with a proven ability to manage confidential information.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
