Join our client, a dynamic real estate platform in the Bay Area specializing in residential and mixed-use properties. They're all about growth, with plenty of room for advancement in this newly created team. You'll get to work with different departments and management, and dive into various portfolios backed by institutional investors. Plus, enjoy regular team happy hours and a flexible, collaborative workspace.
Responsibilities:
Compile lender and investor reports
Monitor and distribute capital calls to investors
Oversee investor CRM platforms, entity information software, and file storage systems
Assist in investor-related marketing endeavors including conference planning and coordinating investor meetings
Assist in reviewing, drafting, and executing legal and loan documents
Coordinate document production matters and liaise with external counsel
Manage organization and storage of legal documentation
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with exposure to CRM platforms like Juniper Square, Zendesk, or DealCloud
Ideally seeking candidates with real estate background
Proficiency in Excel and strong tech skills required, as responsibilities include database cleanup and migration from Juniper Square and Zendesk to DealCloud
Cultural alignment: adaptable and eager to tackle new challenges, given the role's novelty within a recently formed team.
Excellent communication skills are a must.
