You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in Finance, Investment, and Portfolio, contributing to innovative investment initiatives in one of the most exciting industries. Start date: Flexible
Hybrid: Mostly remote but must live in the Bay Area
What You’ll Do:
Manage audits, tax filings, and year-end deliverables with precision and timeliness.
Provide vital financial insights and analysis to support quarterly reporting.
Ensure accurate portfolio monitoring and assist with investor requests and due diligence.
Partner with Finance and Investment teams during deal closings.
Handle custody, trading, compliance, and audits for digital assets.
Collaborate with auditors, custodians, and legal advisors to meet regulatory standards.
Contribute to operational and performance improvement initiatives as needed.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in venture capital/ private equity (open to public accounting) .
Expertise in U.S. GAAP, especially for investment funds.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
A proactive, self-motivated approach and a passion for delivering results.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
