Our client is family office in SF. This role manages financial reporting, bill payment, treasury management, tax compliance and planning, estate planning, residential and commercial property management and development, as well as philanthropic activities for a highly active family office.
Accounting Manager
San Francisco; Hybrid
Base + Bonus
Responsibilities:
Support Principals with accounting and financial tasks.
Maintain accurate records for various accounts.
Handle bill payments and monitor balances.
Coordinate with banks for loans and documentation.
Reconcile monthly statements and tax documents.
Process payments and ensure tax compliance.
Assist in year-end tax preparations.
Manage additional schedules and tasks.
Undertake special projects as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors accounting degree or similar; CPA is a bonus.
At least 4 years of accounting or operations experience.
Experience with high net worth tax and accounting is good to have, but not necessary.
Experience in accounts payable and general ledger accounting.
