Robert Half is seeking a Talent Manager to join our Legal Practice Group; widely recognized and respected in our industry for over 75 years, and we are known as an innovator. What you will do as our Talent Manager:

  • Work closely with a team specialized in Legal recruiting, acting as a recruiting business partner and subject matter expert

  • Be responsible for full cycle recruitment for our contract positions, sourcing and identifying talent with requisite skill sets

  • Gather the responsibilities and requirements of open positions and set recruiting service and hiring manager expectations

  • Offer recommendations and education clients and candidates of current market conditions

  • Research/recommend partnerships with external organizations to identify top talent

  • Actively promote top talent profiles to existing clients, based hiring history and market trends

  • Assist in achieving weekly placement goals

We want to hear from you if:

  • You enjoy working in partnership with your colleagues and want to pursue a career in a consultative and solution orientated business.

  • Knowledge and familiarity with law firm or corporate legal department operations

  • You take advantage of learning opportunities to develop your career.

  • Have working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite, and any Contact Management Application

  • You are a critical thinker who can make quick decisions to find the best outcome for all involved.

  • You love to win and enjoy working in a results-oriented environment.

  • Have 1+ years of experience in a legal-related field (preferred, not required)

  • Have a bachelor’s degree, paralegal degree, or a law degree

  • Positive attitude and an engaging business-like approach.
