Responsibilities:
Maintain financial records for multiple GP entities.
Track carry grants, vesting, terminations, and allocations.
Calculate and report performance carry balances quarterly.
Manage GP distributions and liaise with fund teams and brokers.
Oversee quarter-end and annual books for management companies.
Prepare quarterly reports, conduct flux analysis, and allocate net fee income.
Supervise external accounting/invoice processing.
Lead internal budget process, track results, and review with leads.
Review, approve vendor invoices, and manage expense policies.
Handle corporate credit cards and ensure financial systems meet reporting needs.
Requirements
6+ years in public audit (VC, PE clients) or in-house within Venture Capital or Private Equity
Bachelor's in Accounting
Comfortable in a hands-on role, contributing to accounting close and annual audits
Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with ERP systems like Investran, Intacct, QuickBooks a plus
