Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records for multiple GP entities.

  • Track carry grants, vesting, terminations, and allocations.

  • Calculate and report performance carry balances quarterly.

  • Manage GP distributions and liaise with fund teams and brokers.

  • Oversee quarter-end and annual books for management companies.

  • Prepare quarterly reports, conduct flux analysis, and allocate net fee income.

  • Supervise external accounting/invoice processing.

  • Lead internal budget process, track results, and review with leads.

  • Review, approve vendor invoices, and manage expense policies.

  • Handle corporate credit cards and ensure financial systems meet reporting needs.

    Requirements

  • 6+ years in public audit (VC, PE clients) or in-house within Venture Capital or Private Equity

  • Bachelor's in Accounting

  • Comfortable in a hands-on role, contributing to accounting close and annual audits

  • Advanced Excel modeling skills; experience with ERP systems like Investran, Intacct, QuickBooks a plus
