Job Title: Workplace Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA (100% On-site)

Robert Half's OfficeTeam is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Workplace Coordinator for our esteemed client based in San Francisco. Our client sees their work environment as being vital to their success and are looking for an organized individual to manage and improve their workplace operations.

Job Description:

The Workplace Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining an efficient, clean, and friendly work environment. This role will coordinate day-to-day workplace services and support, ensuring that the physical surroundings of the organization supports the work of its employees.


  • Ensure workplace facilities are clean, functional, and conducive to work.

  • Coordinate necessary repairs, maintenance tasks, and office rearrangements.

  • Liaise with staff and other stakeholders to understand their needs and issues related to the workplace.

  • Oversee workspace allocation and logistics, and manage seating arrangements.

  • Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts related to facilities and workspace.

  • Aid in the planning and execution of workplace health and safety standards.

  • Coordinate and schedule meeting room usage, facilities use, and other general workplace management tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities, office management, or a similar role.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant property management software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • A problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Experience with workplace health and safety standards is a plus.
