CONTROLLER FOR COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE COMPANY IN SAN FRANCISCO OR SANTA CLARA
Responsibilities:
Oversee all accounting functions for multi project development company
Monthly consolidated financials
Supervise small staff(3-4)
Quarterly/Annual financial close-financial statements/cash flow projections
Manage y/e audit/tax return process with CPA firms
Review/refine reporting package internal/external
Manage annual budget process and CAM reconciliation
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
Real estate property or development management
Strong systems skills -experience working with Yardi
Strong excel skills
Multi ledger company experience, prepare consolidated financials
