Robert Half Account Manager in San Jose, California

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Account Manager in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be in charge of managing and maintaining client relationships and accounts, utilizing a variety of skills including but not limited to CRM and Microsoft Excel. You will also be responsible for collecting, reviewing, storing, and corresponding important service details, as well as providing accurate service costs and budgets.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring all their needs and queries are addressed in a timely manner.

• Utilize customized client management software to collect, review, store, and correspond important service details.

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.

• Oversee the onboarding of clients and manage assigned accounts from inception to completion.

• Schedule site walks between field inspectors and clients, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.

• Prepare client proposals for one-time and/or recurring services, setting up services and working with internal teams to ensure successful transactions.

• Serve as the client communications liaison, using in-house project management tools to effectively manage projects.

• Maintain and continuously update client information in the database, proactively updating client information as necessary.

• Address all client questions and provide responses in a timely and professional manner.

• Utilize client portals when assigned, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in 3M, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Management System, and Microsoft Excel

• Prior experience with About Time and Billing Functions is required

• Proven track record in Campaign Planning

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral

• Strong Customer Service skills and experience

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

• Demonstrates initiative, problem-solving abilities, and good judgement

• Experience in a similar Account Manager role preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus

• Must be authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
