Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Management:

  • Supervise and coordinate the processing of accounts payable and receivable.

  • Monitor and reconcile vendor and customer accounts to ensure accuracy.

  • Billing:

  • Oversee the billing process, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.

  • Collaborate with relevant departments to address any billing discrepancies.

  • Commissions:

  • Manage the computation and payment of commissions, ensuring alignment with established policies.

  • General Ledger:

  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

  • Conduct regular reconciliations to guarantee the integrity of financial data.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts.

  • Collaborate with department heads to gather relevant information for financial planning.

  • Systems Implementation:

  • Play a key role in implementing and optimizing financial systems.

  • Provide training and support to team members on system usage.

  • Financial Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze financial reports for management, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.


  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification required.

  • 5+ years experience in public accounting audit and private industry accounting roles.

  • Proven track record in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and general ledger functions.

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sports industry environment.
