Title: Client Service Associate
Location: San Jose, CA 100% Onsite
Salary: $90-110k base + Bonus (20%)

This organization is a swiftly expanding investment advisory entity, managing assets valued billions of assets. The firm fosters a distinctive learning culture featuring comprehensive training.
Key Responsibilities:
Run performance reporting and analyze contribution and attribution effects.
Run back-office reconciliation processes and provide a high level of service to sophisticated clients.
Support web-based conference calls and provide international banking operational support.
Support portfolio rebalancing and monitoring and assist with implementing and monitoring compliance processes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience within the financial services industry.
Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a small, versatile environment and willingness to take on multiple roles.
Experience with Salesforce, and ideally Black Diamond/Advent.
A strong preference for candidates who have worked with either Schwab or Fidelity and possess Series 7/65 or CFP.
