A leading full service law firm in San Jose is looking for an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team as a Family Law and Litigation Associate. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience and strong research, writing and analytical skills. Firm offers top compensation, medical benefits and other perks. This is an in office position.
Your responsibilities in this role
Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Correspond with clients and the counsel for the opposing side
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Family law experience required
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Licensed in CA
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to handle multiple assignments, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands on accelerated schedules
Detailed and have the ability work independently
