Our client, a leading private equity firm managing billions in assets, is at the forefront of global technology investments, driving innovation through strategic funding of high-growth businesses.

Responsibilities:
Manage intricate fund bookings, reconciliations, and distributions.
Lead quarterly close processes for multiple fund entities.
Execute distribution and capital call calculations, including drafting notice letters.
Expertly apply LPA terms in carry waterfall and expense allocations.
Support annual audits and resolve technical accounting challenges.
Oversee cash management and financial projections.
Collaborate with third-party administrators to streamline processes.
Address inquiries from deal and compliance teams.
Respond to information requests from limited partners.
Prepare customized quarterly and annual LP schedules.
Requirements
CPA preferred.
5+ years of experience with VC/PE clients or in-house.
Proven expertise in financial tasks, including bookings, reconciliations, closings, distributions, and audits.
Key traits: intelligence, strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail.
Deep understanding of partnership accounting under US GAAP.
A collaborative team player who fosters growth.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with Investran is a plus.
