Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Project Assistant in San Jose, California. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team in the industry, handling various responsibilities ranging from customer service to data entry. This position is central to our operations and plays a key role in managing timelines and ensuring the smooth running of our projects.
Responsibilities:
• Proactively manage project timelines by coordinating with different team members and stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
• Accurately process and enter data, ensuring all customer records are up to date.
• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint to create reports, manage data, and communicate with the team.
• Organize and manage files, ensuring all documents are properly categorized and easily accessible.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
• Perform scanning duties as required, ensuring all physical documents are digitally archived.
• Handle shipping functions as needed, ensuring timely delivery of packages and documents. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability in customer service
• Experience with data entry tasks and managing timelines
• Skills in organizing files and performing scanning tasks
• Knowledge of shipping functions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks or projects and keep track of details
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
