Robert Half Project Manager in San Jose, California
Our client is a Fortune 500 Tech company seeking a Project Manager for an 18-month, hybrid contract.
The role will be working with our Women in Technology (WIT) team assisting with organizing and coordinating our WIT events, including our high school coding boot camps. As our events move to in-person events, we need the ability to support San Jose in-person events.
The coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope
Oversee all aspects of projects
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project
Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project
Assist in the organization and coordination of large WIT events
Additional tasks may include coordination and organizing of other Cloud Security projects and initiatives
Minimum Requirements: (Must have Qualifications):
Office 365 - Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with coordinating and organizing large events.
Organized with strong communication skills.
Strong attention to detail
Familiarity with WebEx
2.. Experience working with Employee Resource Groups, or Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
