Description We have an amazing opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Administrator! Do you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and helping people, while working on multiple engaging projects? Then we have the perfect position for you!
What you get to do every single day
Gather monthly rent and fees
Contribute to preparation of budgets, financial documents and other reports
Discuss leases, terms of occupancy, and/or ownership with prospective tenants
Attend to tenant applications, contracts, and leases
Provide administrative support to property managers for residential, commercial and/or community association properties
Arrange insurance requirements
Organize maintenance, landscaping, and property repairs Requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and computer competencies are necessary
Demonstrated experience in customer service, problem-solving, complaint resolution, and negotiation
Experience in real estate, financial and/or contract preferred
