Responsibilities:

  • Take the lead on quarterly close processes for multiple fund entities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Prepare detailed distribution and capital call calculations, along with notice letters, to keep stakeholders informed.

  • Support annual external audits, playing a crucial role in maintaining compliance and transparency.

  • Assist in resolving technical accounting issues and monitor cash management to ensure financial health.

  • Respond to both scheduled and ad hoc information requests from limited partners, fostering strong relationships.

  • Contribute to operational due diligence processes in collaboration with fundraising efforts, ensuring a robust investment strategy.

    Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in private equity accounting.

  • CPA is a plus

  • Big Four experience at the junior manager level is highly preferred.

  • Familiarity with the PE/VC industry or relevant audit experience in this space.

  • Proven ability to identify issues, recommend solutions, and implement effective strategies.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal abilities.

  • Experience with Investran is a significant advantage.

  • Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset, valuing integrity, responsibility, and accountability.
