Job Title: Property Manager
Job Description:
We are in search of a dedicated and resourceful Property Manager for a 52-unit low income tax credit apartment complex. This unique position emphasizes housing for a Native American community, and so requires superior cultural competency and sensitivity. This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8AM-5PM.
Responsibilities:
Management of the property, ensuring optimal occupancy and maintaining the overall quality of the complex.
Working with a low-income Native American community, respecting and understanding their unique needs and cultural context.
Managing a maintenance crew to ensure all repairs and maintenance activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitoring accounts receivable, engaging with collections as needed to maintain financial stability.
Utilizing RealPage software for property management tasks.
Requirements:
Experience in property management, preferably with low income, tax credit or culturally specific properties.
Cultural sensitivity and demonstrated ability to work with Native American communities.
Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) and collections.
Proficient in using RealPage property management software, or the ability to learn quickly.
Must be TC Certified or willing to become tax credit certified.
Strong organizational skills, able to manage a busy and multifaceted job role.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary.
• Experience with CRM is essential.
• Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is a must.
• Ability to use Management System effectively is required.
• Understanding of Accounting Functions is necessary.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is essential.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Ability to handle Billing Functions effectively is a must.
