HR Services is working with a creative organization who is in need of an HR Administrator. HR Administrator duties are as follows:
First point of contact for HR related matters
Work with Safety Manager on Worker's Compensation Claims
Processes new hires and terminations
Distributes timecards for signature review by managers
Assists in Medical Renewals and is in charge of Annual Open Enrollment with employees
Assist employees in 401(K) enrollment
Tracks and notifies managers of employee Performance Evaluations due
