Description
An innovative leader in the construction industry is seeking a skilled Billing Clerk to join their vibrant team. Your responsibilities in this role will encompass handling, evaluating, and processing financial information and ensuring that all billing transactions are well-documented and accurately reflected on the system.
Responsibilities:
Process bills, collect payments, and issue receipts.
Prepare and issue invoices to clients.
Manage account balances and keep accurate records of all billings.
Detect and report any discrepancies in billing data.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Proven experience as a Billing Clerk or similar role.
Excellent math and data entry skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
