Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the plastics manufacturing industry located in San Marcos, California, United States. The role involves overseeing daily financial processes, comprehensive bookkeeping activities, office operations, administrative systems, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily financial processes including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), create invoices and maintain financial statements.
• Undertake comprehensive bookkeeping activities such as bank account reconciliation, payroll, petty cash management, and sales tax calculations.
• Administer weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting of cash flow, bookings, and sales.
• Manage office operations and administrative systems to ensure smooth functionality.
• Oversee inventory tracking, process purchase orders, and fulfill internal sales requests.
• Manage annual tasks such as contract renewals and tax responsibilities.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial documents to relevant parties for auditing or review.
• Uphold office standards and ensure compliance with financial regulations by setting efficient processes and guidelines.
• Handle regular office management responsibilities such as answering inbound calls/emails as necessary.
• Take on additional administrative responsibilities as they arise. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Demonstrated ability in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Proven experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Skilled in preparing and managing Annual Budget
• Ability to perform Cash Flow Analysis
• Proficiency in Quickbooks Online
• Experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping within the Plastics Manufacturing industry
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
