Robert Half Full Charge Bookkeeper in San Marcos, California
Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the finance industry, located in San Marcos, California. The successful candidate will be working in a residential setting, providing bookkeeping services to our clients.
Responsibilities:
• Train on government side and job costing
• Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting tasks
• Work closely with current team member for a smooth transition and cross-training
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and handle government invoicing and posting
• Oversee payroll processes through an external agency
• Process expense reports and reimbursements
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements
• Use Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel and Outlook, for various tasks
• Utilize various accounting software systems for accounting functions
• Handle billing functions. Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites
• Experience in using Microsoft Outlook
• Knowledge of Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to perform Bank Reconciliations
• Experience in Billing Functions
