Description
A leading manufacturing company is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking for a role that allows direct participation in various HR functions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The HR Assistant will directly assist the HR Manager with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, and volunteer internship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Providing clerical and administrative support to the HR executives.
Compiling and updating employee records.
Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities.
Coordinating HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
